Justin and Dylan made my day!! They helped remove a super rusty oil drain plug, after I tried desperately myself with no luck and super anxious from fixing my broken hood latch. Made my day with fresh oil change!

The crew was very professional and efficient. My son and I were out and decided to stop. To my surprise the staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The manager,Noah took the time to introduce himself and explain the results to me and reminded me that with a ng high mileage older car there was a service called top off that he recommended I take advantage of.with that knowledge i will definitely be taking advantage of this . Thanks for all yet our hard work and i will be back and recommend this location to others.

Excellent excellent service! I didn’t catch the names of the three that were working but it was one girl and two guys. I went yesterday 2/9/2022 around 10 am at the rocky river location on center ridge rd. Super friendly. So helpful. Even made me laugh a few different times with some jokes.
