I don't know why I even bother to go to this store anymore. The only reason I still go there every so often is because I live within walking distance. This store's gone downhill for years now and there are no signs of improvement, on the contrary. Their latest hare brained idea was to bring in Sephora cosmetics, so they took out a large section of the store to make room for it. I don't think this is what this store needed, and certainly what the people shopping in this area needed. Kohl's managers just don't get it or don't really care about their customers' real needs. One has to spend hours sorting thru all the ugly, poor quality clothing items in order to be able to find something wearable. All the better items are overpriced as a rule. Oh, and don't be fooled by their "percentage off SALES", you'll find out that they include only the worst of their worst merchandise, the things that never sell. I hope they close it down and get some other department store at this location.

Kohl's is normally a good place to shop and the inventory and selection was fine, but the construction they have gets in the way for moving around the merchandise, checkouts and other people. They could rote traffic a bit differently and greatly improve the flow.

Separate, really??? You took fine jewelry and perfume out for Sephora? ALL BAD. on the part of marketing and strategic planning. Everyone goes to ULTA, this is not the right market for that. Can't never go wrong when shopping for jewelry and perfume...Dumb move!!!!!

Kohls is always good...but yesterday noticed changes going on, jewelry gone..purses gone...store all rearranged! Sephora being enlarged..not sure I'm going to like the changes🤔
