I started at CTOWN a few months ago. It has been a great experience. I had no cross fit training prior to. I was very nervous but, I immediately felt welcome. All of the coaches are so friendly. They really want to help you learn and grow. This is the first exercise program that I have stuck with in years. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for something new!!

I had no experience with CrossFit or lifting weights prior to joining and I was always comfortable going to classes. No way! Right where you are is the best place to start. We will meet you where you are and recommend the best path forward which may be one of our group programs, an individualized program or a combination of both.
We love this question. With a combined program of fitness, nutrition and accountability, your body will change! And YES, your core will get stronger! We’ll help you track your body fat percentage which is the key to “uncovering” your abs. Having abs is a pretty normal result for most of our community, even if that wasn’t the goal.
Yes! Some of our clients aren’t close enough to workout at our facility. In these cases, we will provide virtual coaching through the use of digital content platforms and video used in assessment and consultation scenarios. Remote coaching can be based upon existing group programming or personalized to your specific needs.
