I called their corporate office because I purchased a streamlight for $130 and it was defective so they told me that flashlights have 1 year of guarantee, they fix it or if they can't fix it they replace it with a brand new one. I came here and they told me that I would have to do it through streamlight by sending it to them because they only have one month of guarantee with the store so they refused to fix it or replace it.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! and the worse customer service! I've never been treated this way in a store! "99cents stores" have better service then this lication. Sorry to say but they will kiss your feet if your law enforcement or military, sad to say! If you read the good reviews they have are law enforcement or military. If your security they ignore you don't even acknowledge you I went to the back uniform place mind you I was the only one stood for 20 minutes and no one at the counter asked if I needed help how can 4 persons help one single law enforcement officer! After being ignored I proceeded to the front cashier counter to ask for help with boot's and literatly had to call out the lady to get her attention from the stock room even though she saw me standing there! She finally gave me the size boots and left fast. Didnt bother to asked if I needed a different size or anything. Galls, we security work hard for our money and pay for our stuff as well! I will never purchase anything from any of your stores. sorry but you don't even deserve one single star... oh and last but not least, if you gave a good review. The store owner will write/comment back to you. But if your honest about how rude there service is he wot even acknowledge your review like I said!😂🤔

With over 20 years of retail and retail management experience the main thing that stood out was with the 6 employees I walked pass while looking for an item, not one person greeted me, asked for assistance, or even spoke to me until I checked out. As a consumer I found there prices rather high. Next time I'll simply order what I need from Amazon.

I went in for a return on an item and also bought a few other items. They were very helpful and also gave me a military discount for the second time.
