I hate to rate so low because they are friendly Stylist. They overbooked and cause an 30 minute job to a 2 hour job. They continue to attempt to multi-task and cause a slightly poor job. The hairdo for men is being charged at a higher price than other places. I did see good locs going out the door. I was not happy with mine. Also I was shuffled around because I was a newbie. My last visit was the best so far. My stylist was better than ok. Still expensive but worth it.

REALLLY tried to love this place. The ladies are extreamly nice. However I have been growing dreads going on 13 years. Sakeesa needs to stop being SOOOO DAMN rough with hair. I had to cut off nearly 6 inches of dreadlocks to get ride of damage she did to the bottom of my hair. She litterally grabbed my dreads in one hand & roughly slide a towel down the sides. It made a taring sound. When I looked up she looked worried. When I got home a bunch of dreads where pulled apart & super week. I will not be going back. EVER! 😟 If Sakessa reads this I implore you to never run a towel through clients hair EVER AGAIN! Only pat to dry & wash long hair delicately. Last but no least curl your fingers when scrubbing the scalp you keep your hands flat & tare hair. You need to study more on hair please. I'm very upset.

Great energy. Wonderful ladies. Family oriented. So thankful I found this place. Definitely recommend going here for your hair care. I went from curly to Dreadlocks, and I'm happy with the outcome. Dina did my hair and she did a really nice job, considering my hair texture.
