I enjoyed my time shopping with the friendly staff and the easy way of checking out, the store was looking great with full shelf's and the staff was very helpful when I didn't see what I was looking for,they knew where it was and took me right to it kudos need more stuff like that customer service is more important to me than merchandise kudos

Five stars today...not so busy. Crystal Beacb store needs an extra employee during spring break and summer. The lines get awful long..

I think some of the negative comments below are mean. Anyone can have a really bad day and I can't believe any of these folks were intentionally rude. Sounds to me as if the folks who made those personal bad comments were having a bad day themselves and probably triggered frustration in return. We've been here a LONG time and these are some of the nicest folks on the peninsula. Maybe that store isn't like the high end immaculate display stores in big shopping malls. You want to pay for that? Or pay lower prices for merchandise? It's clean, the merchandise is more than acceptable quality and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
