This is the WORST hotel to stay in, I’m currently staying here and the front desk is basically non-existent. The ppl above me are literally coming through the ceiling, it’s 1:30am I called to be moved but can’t be because the manager won’t be in until 10:00am. It’s NEVER anyone to help at all even during business hours. There are men walking around with no t-shirts on. It a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!!!! It only looks good because it’s next to a 5 star hotel in a nice spot. HOTEL STAFF IS VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful. I made a mistake booking this place for a month for a contract job. All rooms we stayed in were dirty with toenails all over the floor, ketchup packets, dog hair, facial hair all over sink and some in bathtub. Room was cleaned automatically after I made a negative survey and it was STILL DIRTY. Room cards always had an issue regardless of being stored away from phone and credit cards. Front desk people always rude especially when we had issues with the room cards. They also switched our rooms without letting us know and tried to charge us for being accidentally booked into a handicapped room that was THEIR FAULT. Also it is a non smoking property, but people smoked outside and the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. Absolutely horrible.

Good location but stayed 1 night for business trip and had to request change room 2 times, 1st room was not ready, 2nd room was cockroaches infested and had to take 3rd room because had no more options, wasn't clean at all.

We checked in last night to a room that had not been cleaned at all. There were bugs crawling on the wall and in the drawers. The shower had not been cleaned in who knows how long. There was hair everywhere and the shower was filthy. The bathroom sink had stains and residue from a cup that was still wet. Absolutely disgusting. We could not get a hold of anyone to fix the situation. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
