Good location by the beach, with PCH in between. Lots of options from deep fried to fresh fish. The fried can get crazy heavy if you order a platter. The highlight was the fish taco. The ceviche was a low light... It was salsa with some random pieces of fish. Tip... Go to the top of the three outside seating areas. It has the best and highest views. You'll need to climb stairs to get to it.

I was passing through Malibu when I saw the sign for a restaurant that was called Malibu Seafood. I decided to stop and try something off their menu. I arrive just after noon and there was five or six people in front of me. The line moved fairly fast and I entered the room where you place your order. The menu was on the wall and was big enough to read as you came in. I looked over the menu which had a really nice selection of seafood items from crab to lobster rolls. I ordered the fish tacos and I received a buzzer device to tell me when my order was ready. All the seating is outside which overlooks the Ocean. They do have umbrella's for shading. My buzzer went off and I went to get my taco's. I enjoyed the flavor of the fish and the cabbage but the tortilla's feel apart after two bites. I finished with the fork they provide you, cleaned up and left. Great view. Food was decent. I would recommend stopping there.

Always on our go to list when the weather's nice. Fish and chips (especially good) , fried clams and chowder were great. The line for a holiday weekend wasn't as long as I had thought. Parking can be a challenge at times though. I only wish there were a few more umbrellas. My dome got a little sunburn... My fault for not bringing a cap. We'll be back for sure.

Stopped here on a road trip and we were so glad we did. My wife and I shared the main dish & app. Plenty of food for both of us. Super tasty, quick service, don’t let the long line fool you - I moved pretty well. I would stop again without hesitation!

Food was delicious. Picnic atmosphere Nice.
In addition of their mid size parking, there is a paid parking as well
Still going strong.
I have to disagree with the post below. I've been to each place a couple of times. Malibu Seafood is much better quality. BYOB.
They have their regular outdoor dining open, yes. Lots of hand sanitizer stations too!
They're open on Sundays. I believe it's 11am not sure what time they close though
You have to call them and check to see if they have any
Not that I know of. It's a pretty casual open eating area up a hill.
It's is not really a setting for a celebration. It is set up to stand in line to place an individual order, go find a seat at a bench table and wait for order to be called. You get your order from a window. It is a very casual place with a great variety of seafood. Quick turnover.
Yes. 👍

We have seen footage that both the order/kitchen area and the covered terrace were unscaved standing in a completely burned down landscape
$10-$20 per person
Lots is different fish, scallops, etc. Sashimi quality. Really fresh but also on the pricy side.
