Got there and staff never came to the front. I could hear they were on the phone chatting. I left to stay somewhere else. TRAIN STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. This was 3/29/22 at 3:42pm.

First of all I wasn't given the room that was promised to me. You just put me where you wanted me to be because you wasn't going to miss out the money. Ok....so once in the room I had problems with getting the room cleaned on the week that I was scheduled to have the room cleaned. The rooms are scheduled on a bi-week schedule and just because management assume I'm about to check out, I'm not even put on the schedule for my room to be cleaned. Spoke with management and the only thing they tells me is that we are short staff. That's a company issue not a customer issue. Didn't try to accommodate the customer in no type of way. Just totally unacceptable for anyone to have to go through anything like that just to get a room cleaned. SMH!

Relatively clean. Limited front desk hours. Easy access to laundry that takes credit card so super convenient. 2-minute walk to Whataburger. If renting by the week, they charge the full amount up front. Quite a few rooms with pets so we fit right in with our mini Aussie. BUT what makes this stand out is the friendliness of the guests...that's right...the guests. Just the friendliest group of people I have ever encountered at a hotel. Would I stay here as an overnight? If I am being honest probably not as we would stay at a more expensive hotel but for an extended stay hotel this place is a diamond in the rough.

1) We did not get our room on time at 3 PM,the reason given to us was that it was being cleaned. Ok fine 2)We checked in at 6:30 and came back to our rooms late in the night. The rooms are supposed to be smoke free. As soon as we entered our room there was an unbearable stench of cigarettes. We were only there for the night so we just went to bed as there was no one at the front desk to switch rooms for us. 3) Woke up in the morning to find a cockroach in the kitchen sink. By this time we’d had enough and were ready to check out. Again, no one at the front desk even at 9 AM. Do not recommend this unhygienic place even for a desperate over night stay. Unacceptable service overall
