Good facility. Staff if friendly, lead great classes. and give good feedback and adjustments. Some of the classes get pretty full, but it works and everyone has fun. Hot yoga and restorative are my favorites. Everyone and all levels are made to feel welcome.

Try one of our Blue classes, restorative or gentle flow. Let the instructor know of your knee sensitivity before class and they will help you with modifications. Start slow and have fun.
Hi Sherry. Thanks for the message. Occasionally we do couples yoga workshops and you can always attend all of our public classes as a couple.
