I don’t recommend this apartments at all if I could give them a negative start I would they turn off the water without notice they don’t care that ppl have children and elderly you will go hours without water and then when you ask the office manager JULIE she looks at u as she has no clue in what you are talking about or tries to completely disregard that you are speaking to her SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE IM TELLING U NEVER !!!!!!! So Unprofessional .

1st apartment, and I definately have to say out of the places I've rented (2) this has been the VERY BEST EXPERIENCE ! Rosie and Andrea have been SUPER!!! THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT AND TEND TO REALLY CARE ABOUT MY HAPPINESS HERE , THE GROUNDS ARE ALWAYS CLEANED, They have REALLY SHAPED THIS PLACE UP! B4 I WOULD OF NEVER RENTED HERE BUT a co worker of mine kept telling me how he and his wife were extremely happy with their experience here for he knew I had been shopping the market for a place to rent for well over a month so I gave it a shot and went by here on a whim and I can personally tell u if it wasnt for these 2 ladies pleasantness and the knowledge they had I WOULD OF KEPT SHOPPING BUT BECAUSE THEY MET MY EVERY NEED AND CONCERNS I CHOSE TO MOVE IN AND IM SO HAPPY I DID!!! ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS NOW AND THE GIRLS HAVE NOT FAILED ME YET ! THANKS SO MUCH ROSIE & ANDREA !!!! I will certainly renew my lease here, as long as these 2 ladies are here!! They make ALL the difference !!! Great job ladies !!!

I lived their for 2 years came in with Melissa the leasing agent at the time!! Everything was great until she got promoted. We started gettin harrassed to pay our rent, I'd understand if maybe we were LATE but wasnt the case. Spoke with her manager and still nothing got done about it.

At first my husband and I we're excited to move into these apartments. But when I viewed the apartment I was signed to move into instead of the Model they have, I wasn't to happy. The bathtub was painted over, as well as the bathtub tiles. Some of the door frames we're not replaced. Mind this is a 54 year old building. The windows we're not replaced either and had a gap in between where you can hear the air going threw it. Big Spiders inside and out side of the apartments. We we're still planning to move regardless of the flaws we seen since our lease was ending here quickly. But my husband was offered a job across town. Forcing us to cancel with the Verve And to find a home Closer to his new company. When trying to get our $300 Deposit back, i was told it was non refundable. They don't need the money since we weren't going to end up moving there. The application and Admin Fee I understood wouldn't be refunded. But the $300 should of been, like most apartments are willing to hand it back. I contacted Accit Corporate for two full days. Called from morning tell closing and left multiple voicmail. I wasn't informed that my deposit wasn't refundable and nor was my contract went over with by Melissa. Now I Don't have anything bad to say about Melissa, Because she is a good nice woman. But I wasn't informed of this non refundable policy they have. Even after explaining this was taking out of my Family grocery money having to pull another $450 out for the new place ....Not one care was given. The company can care less if my family starves, as long as they have their money. It's just business too them. Out to take and keep your money even if you choose to walk away from them. I see now why God directed us else where for a reason.
