Customer service is awful. This is one of those stores that technically opens at 10am on weekdays, but you won’t see anyone working the floor, and if you do, they are chatting about who knows what. I actually stood next to an employee in the tv area for at least 5 minutes while he finished up a sale. Never acknowledged I was there. Never asked if I needed anything. Never said “I’ll be right with you”. I was intending on purchasing more, but I got irritated, and left. Prior to that, I had to walk to the front of the store and ask if anyone was working the back half of the store. There were no blue shirts anywhere on the back half of the store.

Not bad run at the store, they didn't have the XL sized printer ink this go around but maybe next time... they seem to be putting more into appliances and TV's than the normal stuff they used to. Definitely not a Fry's.... wished they were still going!!

Have never had a bad experience here. Always fully stocked on things we end up needing to get there. Customer service is great. No complaints here.
