Visited for Ash Wednesday! I've been looking for another Catholic church since I moved to Baytown

Conveniently located to me and great mass times, but never starts on time. 11:15 mass never begins before 11:17. Father says a 30 to 45-minute homily (about the same thing for 3 weeks), so don’t attend if you need to be out on time or have to be at work by 1 o’clock. Might as well go to the baptist church.

I recently joined this Parish. I've felt so welcome here. Father Brinkman is a great homilist. He makes learning from scripture so interesting! Full of historical tidbits ( I'm a history buff!) There's a great Bible study on Sunday mornings after 8:30 Mass. Very active CDA group. (Knights of Columbus too). Went to my first Ladies of St John meeting today, it was great! God sent me to the best Church ever!

I enjoyed the service Jesus Christ was defiantly given praise in this small town church and the congregation is definitely a representation of this community. Every ethic group including people of all walks of life coming together to worship. That's why I give you 5 stars your humble praise to God

If you are a Catholic, I found this church a nice place to celebrate mass. I was a visitor there for a little while and would again go if I were in the area.
The Mass schedule is Saturday at 5pm Sunday at 8:30am, 11:15am, and 6:30pm. Monday through Friday 8am. Holy hour and Benediction once a month on Friday starting at 9am.
St. John does not have a Spanish Mass. Try St Joseph or Our Lady of Guadalupe. They are both in Baytown
8am, 11am
7pm Mass and ashes Ashes only at noon
