The staff was so friendly and polite. Georgina was over the breakfast buffet and kept all items filled and fresh along with interacting with guest in a friendly and more like a family style environment. Hats off to Georgina all the way around.

Our stay was absolutely horrible. The first night we stayed the hotel our room was flooded, problem was resolved by them upgrading our room that we ended up being charged for. The upgraded room had water damage and stains on the ceiling and curtains. The place was not clean, water damage around every corner, including the lobby being shut down due to it flooding. Walls, carpets, drapes all covered in nastiness. The shower tile was falling off around the bottom.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! Unless you want your car broken into. Horrible lack of security around the property. With the lack of security- really not a safe spot. My car got broken into through a shattered window during the night. I called the hotel in the morning to discuss the situation with them and make sure they were aware. They had nothing to say not even an “I’m sorry”. They even hung up on me. There was absolutely no ethical behavior with the manager. What a lack on customer service. I normally always try to find a local holiday inn express for my work trips but after this experience- I think it stops here. I do understand that things happen. I do think it could have been avoided if the promised security team was doing their job. However- the way that they responded to the situation- or I guess I should say lack of a response has made me think differently of this company. They do not seem to care about anything other than making money. Very bad experience. Avoid.

When we got to the hotel after a long day, I booked a 2 queen bed room for my family of 5. Was told that there was only a king bed available & that I can either get refunded or take the king room. This was such an inconvenience. We checked in at 10pm, my family was very tired. The rep was okay, he understood my frustration and offered to bring in a roll out bed to the room. Not a very good experience, had I known that there was only a king bed available after booking a 2 queen bed room, I wouldn’t have ever booked here. The breakfast was great & the chef was very nice and friendly.
