On Thursday June 16th we had lunch at this place. This was our first time eating at an Islands in 5 years due to food poisoning at another location. This time my wife ordered a burger and by the time we got home she was sick in the bathroom. I called the restaurant to alert them and also complain. They took down the information what I ordered etc. Manager told me that getting sick that quickly was not the way it works. Thanks doctor, just get the burgers right ok. Never again.

At the end of the week it's a fun place to catch up with extended family. Good food, drinks, lovely music and videos/games. A fun atmosphere.

Northshore tacos were ok. I wish i hadnt off poured the salsa on it - it tasted like a canned salsa. Hawaiian burger was fabulous but order it with white bun - wheat was overpowering in flavour unless thats your jam. Initial greeting was friendly and we were quickly seated. Food was fast, but we did show up on a Monday just before a dinner rush so it may not always be so quick. My only negative was the salsa and the fact that our waiter did not refill our drinks once. We ate slowly and hung out for a bit, nothing. Rule number #1 for good tips, keep the drinks full. In the end, I would return but we wouldn't get tacos again and wed be more pushy on water and drink refills if necessary.

Summary: Amazing food, Amazing Staff, and great atmosphere with quick service at a fair price. Details: Our server was very attentive to our party and was very professional. The food was cooked to perfection and was some of the best food that I have had in quite awhile. Service was quick and atmosphere was good. It was about 80% capacity and not crowded. Surprisingly, we were seated almost immediately.
