Today's service and food had to be the worst experience here yet. We received 6 boneless wings then 20 minutes later received traditional wings then after complaining twice received our appetizers last. Our waitress would disappear for long periods and the most words out of her was at time of tip. This place needs to get it together. I remember when they were great. I will have to wait a year or so to return and hope for the best.

The waitress made the visit the best! She saw I was completely exhausted with my kiddos and was super attentive to us. The food was hot, fresh and the drinks were cold. Never had an empty drink once. Well done! The kids had a blast too.

Best BWW I've had yet. Food was hot and really tasty, service was pretty fast so no complaints from me. I will say the mango habanero wings weren't as hot as I've had at other locations. My friend's burger look really tasty too!

nice location, okay service, but the Tuesday wings I got today , is more like a quail wings, what’s going on?!?! A bit disappointed coz I am still hungry after eating it, when usually the same order is good for two meals~ now not even one ~ If the free one is smaller I get it, but they all extremely small this time , almost mini!!!!! Why?
