The most rude, unprofessional office staff I have ever seen!! The worker went off on a little elderly lady because because she had to manny envelopes. She stated, raising her voice, “ it to late in the day to bring in so many envelopes this late in the day”. I want to get out of here and go home. The elderly lady was shocked! She had tears. Other patrons were shocked. It has been this way for 30 years! The delivery people on the other hand, have always been fantastic!!

Every time I ship from this PO, the price is MUCH more than what it is at any other PO. Elizabeth told me that book rate is no longer available. It is! She even said that I could not ship a box 1st class. I could have! She was going to charge me $46 for a box that I ended up shipping from another PO for $16. This has got to be illegal.

Just moved to Del Mar and visited this location for the first time. I have a small business and ship a lot and usually have a great experience with usps. The employees here are absolutely lazy and I’m pretty disappointed in the quality of service at this location. I won’t go into specifics, but one of the employees was so lazy she wouldn’t take the large box I had and deferred to another employee. What has this world come to?
