The lady who took my order at the first window was very rude. It’s my first time at this whataburger and I was looking to redeem some visits I had. I tell her I wanted to redeem my visits and in a very impatient and rude tone she ask what I want to get. I proceed to tell her I would like a whataburger jr. and she rudely asks with what. I told her just plain how it comes and she tells me to pull up to the first window. When I get to the first window she starts explaining to me how I’m supposed to order since I was unfamiliar with the process. I appreciated that, but I didn’t appreciate her tone. When I got to the second window however, I was greeted by one of the nicest people I’ve met yet. She greeted me so kindly and I wish I had gotten her name to include here. She was a light skinned woman working on June 28 at 3:00 pm. If it weren’t for her this review would be purely negative.

I love Whataburger but I have had several issues with this location. I waited 30 minutes for a burger and fries today and when it came out it was cold. As I have said I was there 30 minutes waiting but when the white race comes in their food came out before mine and they were leaving as I was getting my cold burger. The management team is horrible they horseplay with the employees in the kitchen. SMH
