Service techs were professional, courteous and prompt. My issue is with the info that I was given by AZ versus what I paid for my AC Service. I was told that I would be responsible for labor seeing as how my unit had a 10 year warranty and that I would not be charged a diagnostic fee. Today I was charged a $149 diagnostic fee $200 to clean out a PVC pipe that is less than 2 feet long. This is in addition to the service call fee. I have attached a photo of the PVC pipe that was cleaned.

My experience with AZ was exceptional. I couldn't be more pleased. Tito Guzman was exceptional at figuring out exactly what we needed and was in good communication at all times. He was very patient and understanding and worked to give us exactly what we needed. When it came to the installation, Tito was there to make sure all went well and Luis Herrera was the main person on the installation. He was so nice and patient and accommodating. He welcomed my input and wanted to make sure that the job was done exactly to my requirements. They did an awesome installation that exceeded my expectations. I was exceptionally pleased and would highly recommend AZ to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Tony called before the arrival window to provide a more exact time. He showed up at the time he said. Very friendly and courteous upon arrival. He wore a mask and booties when entering into the house. He was helpful in explaining what he checked and what was maintained. He made suggestions for improvement of the heating unit (AZ did not install and the unit is very old!) without pressuring us to buy a new unit. We plan to take his suggestions to bring the unit up to new standards, however. If we need assistance in the future, I would request Tony M by name and I would recommend him and AZ to anyone who has heating/cooling needs!

Excellent service! Jesse and his colleague were professional and friendly. They took care of our thermostat issue in a timely fashion. In face, our entire experience with AZ has been outstanding. We had a new AC unit and two new heating units installed, as well as a repositioning of an existing AC unit, so not a small job. I highly recommend them.
