I sincerely don’t mean to offend the employees this pertains to but I had to make a review. Whoever was making food around 1:45pm on 4/28/22 needs to be given a different task. I ordered the classic buttery burger (which is normally what I get at other locations and is really good) but I think this experience ruined me on it. My burger was literally falling apart and sopping wet from the amount of butter on it. Not to mention the gallon of mayo and ketchup on it as well. I thought I could just eat the fries but took one bite of one and about had a heart attack due to the amount of salt on it. I didn’t have time to turn around and have any of it fixed because the drive thru (having no line) still took nearly 7 minutes to get my order. I know times are tough and it’s hard to find decent work that pays worth a flip but I’m definitely not rich either and had to waste almost $9 on my meal.

The burger was good missing its tomatoes and pickles but I evented it sourdough spicy chicken so good husband had to order another one the place had a crowd but they was short staff you can here her BEGGING someone to come in and asking a guy to cover the register but he had excuses well fries perfect then guess what my husband and I finish eating his order 2nd order he went to get they said they forgot about it so @1:44pm we ordered at 2:00 PM right now nothing ready I had to edit!!!!! 2:07 check burger from second order still no tomatoes and pickles asked nicely for veggies they outta #chicken #homestyle #ranch #burgers so you should accommodate customers but we just gonna go home no worries🤔😶

This person is absolutely right and corporate does nothing, they send complaints back to manager and when they say sending coupons is lie u never get them
Corporate needs involvement instead of continuously letting this continue.. what happened of secret shopper tests? Fail epic!
