We went to La-Z-Boy on 03/06/21 in Allen. We were looking to buy two recliners. Sherry met us after going in and asked us what we were looking for and proceeded to show us the large number of recliners they had in their showroom. Sherry was very knowledgeable and helpful by offering suggestions to us. We sat in a lot of the recliners before finding the ones we wanted. Sherry made the experience fun and enjoyable. We will not hesitate to go back if we need anything else even though it is a 90 mile trip each way. Thank you Sherry.

I purchased some furniture online under the assumption that it would take 4-6 months to deliver it. I was told today, after my money was take, and after I passed the 3 day cancelation period that I should expect at at least 9 months before they could even think about setting up a delivery date. It's possible that I may have to wait over a year to get my furniture. I understand there is a delay in things at the moment. What I disappointed in, is the dishonest practice of advertising one thing until after money exchanges hands and my cancelation grace period is over before letting me know that they can't honor their agreement. Maybe they would cancel my order if I asked, but I am outside the window now. I called the corporate office and was basically told "it just takes longer on some things". No customer service at all. I have loved LaZBoy furniture my whole life. But I don't like feeling disrespected during a purchase. You make good furniture. I just wish you could be more honest and upfront or try, at least try, in being somewhat friendly to your consumer when something changes. I can buy much cheaper furniture and get disrespected much more easily elsewhere.
