Well.… really terrible experience and will not be going back! Originally I thought I found a good salon as I've been coming here for a while now and have even brought several friends with me to get their nails done at this business. After the recent experience I had, this salon is terrible! I went to get a pedicure and left with one of my toes infected! I decided to drive down to salon the next day only to have them attempt to forcibly pick at the infected toe.... When I already told them not to touch it because I was in pain. I simply asked for my money back after this experience, this resulted in them storming off and telling me to go see a doctor! This is the worst salon experience I've ever had and I really hope they find a better way to treat their customers!

This place is ridiculous! I came in as a walk in. It was my first time ever visiting this nail spa. I wanted a deluxe manicure with a glass of wine. I was moved to thr area for manicures assuming I was about to get service. Instrad I say and sat and sat for over 15 minutes while staff walked back and forth taking other customers and serving them while I continued to sit. I never got my drink, no one ever said a word to me, so finally I got up and went to the front and asked whatever staff I thought could speak English,what was going on and why was I still sitting in the back waiting? Suddenly no one spoke my language and those that did were telling me how busy they were. I asked for a the owner, a manager or someone who could understand what poor customer service was taking place. I was told neither were there. So when the bosses are gone the place goes to he'll in a hen basket! Finally after speaking g to about 5 people I was told they are short staffed and that those I saw coming in after me getting service had appointsments. I asked why was I moved from the front to the back if they were not ready for me, no one could answer that question. I was then told how sorry they were over and over but I still had another 20 minute wait. I was floored!!! This is suppose to be a luxury nail spa, in an affluent area, but the truth is I have had better service in the hood and that's a damn shame. I will never ever come back to this place again!!!

Well it’s a nice place that’s for sure.... I went inn this morning just wanting gel mani and pedi I left with holes and bubbles inn my nails 100 bucks for this ..... disappointed 😭 So like 2 days after I developed an infection on my toe...... it’s starting to have green pus😱😱😱 Omg you guys my flippen nail got infected too!!!!! Went to urgent care and they said it was because they didn’t clean they’re tools

Friendly nail technicians. I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure however the pedicure was slightly off because some areas were not painted on my nails. The polish on my nails did not dry as quickly as I wanted it. My friend's nails were a little bit thick and does not look as natural.
