I just wanted to say thank you guys very much for helping me repair my brother's computer these guys are so fantastic and they were able to get the PC to power on by switching out the motherboard and it was a good thing that I had a spare one ready to go For $99 you can't really beat the price I just wanted to thank Naomi L and her amazing co-worker for helping me out I would gladly recommend them for any kind of repair whether it be your PC phone or tablet.

I´ve had three repairs done by them. Mostly good stuff. I have 4 compliments and 1 criticism for them. 1) Everything works. All three repairs (iphone battery, iphone screen, and BSOD dell laptop hardrive repair) worked successfully. No problems since. 2) The service is fast (when they have the parts in stock -- see #4 for a point of criticism). Most jobs took them a few minutes and their labor time estimates were always accurate. 3) Service was always good. Clear answers. The final cost was made clear up front and didn´t change. 4) The criticism: they did not have a 256gb replacement hard drive for my laptop initially and had to order one. Twice it was supposedly delivered but they never received it. Obviously, they cannot control that. But they did not notice for 3 days and both times I had to call them and nag them to reorder the part. I needed my laptop for my job so it was pressing to get it repaired quickly. All in all it was about 3 weeks before I got the laptop repaired. But that brings me to the last point. 5) The 256gb drive never actually came in. Since it was taking so long they gave me a 512gb drive (which they already had stocked) and only charged me for a 256gb drive. So not perfect but pretty close. From the other reviews, it sounds like you can get burned pretty bad here. But that might just depend on which employee handles your repair. The guy who handled my stuff most of the time was a great worker. I am happy with them all in all. Would recommend.
