We went to this shelter when we were ready to adopt a cat after having to say goodbye to our sweet senior kitty I had for 18 years. We went to see a certain cat we had seen on Petfinder, but when we went, many of the cats were sick. Due to this, none of them could be interacted with, and they were separated from those who were not sick. Unfortunately, the cat we wanted to meet was one of the sick ones. As we were talking to the staff member who was there, one of the cats in the front was meowing at us and pawing at us through her cage. We learned more about her story, interacted with her, and found out she had been there for 2 years! It was meant to be, because as soon as we left that day we knew we had to make her a member of our family. We love her so much, and appreciate that when we adopted her they took the time to check our veterinary references, and they gave us all her medical records from her time at the shelter. Our vet said she was in great health when we brought her in for her check-up, and we are so glad we get to be her furever home!

Wonderful shelter and fabulous volunteers run it! Animals best interests is their primary goal. They run mainly on donations so please give as much as you can. The more we give the more they can do to care for the “lovies”. We got our precious Bodie (aka Little Boy) there...he was one of the best, most loving, most caring & faithful dogs that we have ever had. We miss & love you Bodie, forever... Thank you Annie & to all the marvelous volunteers at CCAS! Much love to you all. 💖💖💖💖

For most animals it is $75 adoption fee. They are all fixed, current on shots and heartworm tested and on heartworm preventive before they are up for adoption.
We do but it is under construction at the moment. We will add it to our Facebook page when it is up again
Call text or email Bonnie she could give you the rest of the information
