Extremely slow ordered through app and only one car was in drive through. No one inside eating. I’m writing this after ten minutes sitting in reserved spot behind the same truck that was in line first. The 2 girls working there were extremely nice and putting up with some rude customers in front of me but the other dudes working were a little off. One was on his phone in the drive through as I pulled up then proceeded to hand me the incorrect food. Again only two people in restaurant line

Always close 10-15 mins early. Online it says drive thru opens at 4:30 and inside opens at 4. It say this was confirmed 5 weeks ago by McDonald's. They're not open till 5.

We walk in and the lady at the register in a pink shirt was literally texting in front of us when we were trying to order. The worst part was when she made eye contact with us and then looked back down at her phone. So freaking rude.

i went to the bridgeport mcdonalds yesterday morning. yesterday morning i ordered a 20 piece mcnugget, and they were lukewarm and rubbery feeling. i had a large fry, it wasn't filled all the way and my fries were cold, and my iced coffee wasn't cold. i ordered 3 cookies, and they were old. they were disgusting, i wouldn't even eat them. do not recommend this mcdonalds, i would to decatur if i were you guys. their baked goods always look crusty and old.
