From the first initial phone call to book an appointment, dropping off my very nervous pup and then picking up my beautifully groomed puppy!! This place is great! They take such good care of our dog! We've tried places like PetsMart, and those groomers just don't give the same level of love and caring for the pets or their owners. It's a bit of a drive for us to get here, but it's worth every mile!
