I love CPY! It's a haven from all of the stress and chaos of everyday life. Pentagon City is one of the most well-run studios in the DC/MD/VA area and is extremely clean. Alyssa and the team are always friendly and thoughtful about feedback. Linh and Amanda are in my top 5 when it comes to HPF instructors. Keep up the great work! Hoping you can bring back physical assists in the near future. Those were always helpful in terms of alignment and are very motivating.

Nothing but a great experience at the studio. Studio is clean and all the instructors are wonderful and challenging! I've been teaching yoga for 30 years and the instructors push you to challenge yourself. Love this place!

I liked the varied yoga style classes you offer. Monday 5 days before Christmas, I took an 8:45 pm class, the teacher was having fun and was very good at correcting form. It made it fun to be there. It was a good class and the class went through a nice flow and include warriors and etc. It also introduced some not often used yoga poses. I teach fitness classss, only one yoga class though, it was a great class because it flowed and used various poses. Plus the people are super friendly.

Sculpt yoga is an awesome workout that is the best combination of strength and yoga. Plus, the heated setting really elevates the class to another level of intensity. I've tried other yoga classes but Core Power Yoga has nailed it with the right types of classes, class times, and locations. Instructors are all great.
