Came to the laundromat and it was entirely packed with no where to sit. People had their entire family cramped into one little store. After loading my clothes I went to the car to catch a breath and have a seat for a few minutes. Not even ten minutes later I return to my clothes in a dirty cart, they had been taken out of the washer and another persons things were inside of the machine that I was using, the employee had apparently taken my things out for the other customer despite the many other machines that were available. When I asked why she had done that she said that I needed to stay with my clothes or call the police she didn’t care. She refused to provide her name and number for contacting the proper authorities. I will never patron this store again and after talking with security I learned that this is not the first time that this has happened.

New to community, did google search read reviews. Convenient parking, the staff met me at door, with laundry carts @ entrance. Staff repeatedly inquired if I needed assistance. Plenty of laundry machines, folding tables. Upon completion of laundry staff assisted me to my car with laundry. WOW, what stellar customer service.
