The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TOO!!!! The assistant manager bernadine (however you spell it) she doesn’t listen! She Will not let you get one word in! Then has the nerve to say well “I don’t understand”; we’ll probably because you don’t listen! She will over talk you and loud talk you! They don’t return phone calls and or emails. They are just rude, nasty, and ghetto as heck in that office for no reason. If the communication over the phone is like this, thank god I’m not here because lord knows the hot mess it would be living there.

The buildings are infested with mice. They can be heard within the walls and ceilings. Maintenance issues are resolved 3 months after the fact, if at all. I have had spreading water damage on my bedroom ceiling since I moved in 2 years ago that has not been addressed after multiple calls and complaints. My ceiling leaks in several spots every time there's a bad storm. The online portal used to submit maintenance requests and payments is so backed up it is beneficial to no one. Emergency maintenance is a joke. You have to leave a voicemail, which they don't actually receive until 20-30 minutes later so good luck if you get locked out and you're in a rush ! People steal packages like they're going out of style and there's no packaging system. Mailboxes go unfixed and opened for weeks. New management came in and rent went up as well as utilities are no longer included in the rent, which was the only saving grace about this place. So now residents are paying an extra ~$200 a month for a white refrigerator (outdated unit) and mice tenants you didn't ask for. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Give them 5 years to completely overhaul the place with Gates settling in as management and then MAYBE if you're DESPERATE come here. Any positive reviews on here were left because the reviewers were offered incentive. Take them with a grain of salt.
