Never again. Went because it’s close to my physical therapist. I went in to get a pedi/fill.. I waited 50 mintutes when she finally started I got the “regular” pedicure with gel polish.. the whole thing took 10 minutes including paint. My feet barely got wet! She shaped my nails, lightly touched the bottom of my feet with the pumice and let the water out.. I was like “is that it?” She put a hot towel on my legs, painted my toes, quickly put some oil on and was done.. I feel stupid for even waiting for that.. it was $45 I didn’t even let them play with my nails I just paid and left. Waste of time and money.

Overpriced for what I got, the owner give me a lot of excuses and the quality of work she performed was not good enough for the price she came out with.

Thank you for supporting our small business during these times and we are sorry to hear about your experiences. I think there are some confusions. Are you reviewing the correct nail salon?!? Firstly, we do speak English, however it could possibly be the opinion of an individual on whether it's interpretable or not. There are lots of people who aren't comprehendible who speaks English in United States, and it's their first language. Secondly, the salon does not have a new owner. Lastly, there could have been possible miscommunications from both parties with articulating or describing and comprehending the design.
