Very poorly managed, horrible service at the front. The back argues. Orders not correct. The first time I thought stuff happens. This is beginning to be consistent!

The light-up tables are really neat, and Wills Point's McDonald's beats Canton's McDonald's, despite the Lilly folks owning both of them.

Good place good food of the managers and service to be more friendly with a smile and all that like they're supposed to and not rush the delivery pick-up people to confirm the order in which they're not supposed to do

Completely awful customer service, the good is never prepared right and the management treats they're employees like complete garbage I honestly wouldn't shed a tear to see this location go

I AGREE 110%.... I even called the number on the window to complain but all you get is a mailbox that says "Mailbox is full" There must be thousands of complaints if the owner's mailbox is full. I would be embarrassed to own the Wills Point McDonalds.....
