Great customer service, very courteous, respectful, speedy and attentive. We were a walk in my mother, toddler and myself. Hands down on the teamwork between Noah, Tiffani and Alex they were understaffed but they got us in and out in a timely manner. They made my mother feel extra welcome and making sure she was comfortable all the time since she mainly speak Spanish Tiffanie made sure she was okay all the time she also did her manicure and did a mani pedi on my toddler. Noah did my Pedi and he was so sweet and gentle and did a great job! Alex did my coffin gel nails and they matched my nails and toes which was awesome. Thank yall we will return soon

Noah was so funny and made my experience comfortable and full of laughs with my friend. My nails Alex did match exactly the picture I wanted and I started to cry while Kim was doing my toe nails because I have never felt better about my feet. Before I wouldn’t let anyone glance at my feet now I feel comfortable posting them!! 10/10 best experience!!! If I ever recommend a place to someone it will be Happy Nail and Spa in Balch Springs. The staff and the service is amazing.

Showed the pic of exactly what I wanted which including a very simple design... they did not deliver. When I told them that it was not what I asked for & that what I asked for & was quoted a price for included a design they tried to upcharge me at the end. Left an unsatisfied customer without the design I requested. Spent $113. My big toe nail was nowhere near even and it was way obvious. I had to get another employee to fix her work. Spent $113 and nobody so much as offered me a sip of water like other customers hmmm. Needless to say I won't be back! What I requested vs what I got... pictured below (the same pic I showed them). I gave them a 2 instead of a 1 bc Cao did a good job on my nails & actually asked if I was satisfied with them. Plus he's the one who fixed my lopsided toe nails.

I love Alex! Her and her employees at the sweetest, which is not easy to find. Grade A work and design. I'm temporarily living in Wichita Falls, 2 hours or so away, and I come into town every 2 to 3 weeks to have Alex transform my nails into another work of art. ❤

They have a few different prices depending on what you like. I believe they start at $28 or $30
It’s $20 for reg filling $30 for powder filling Normally customers refill every 2 weeks, 3 weeks is over due 😊 Can you call to set up an appointment to coming in the weekend cuz we are really busy on the weekends
Depends on what type you get the basic i believe starts at 28 and goes up from there
