1626 Auto Inspections

I’ve used 1626 for my past two inspections and don’t plan on going anywhere else. They’re super friendly, helpful and communicative. I recommend getting there as early as you can and bring something to entertain yourself, because they always have a long line of people waiting for their inspections. Well worth the wait!

Very friendly and efficient. Long wait time which I completely expected. I didn't go until 2:30pm and was told there would be about a 2hr wait. They asked for my name and type of vehicle and then said I could leave and come back but to come back at least an hour before the end of my estimated wait time. I showed back up about an hr later (which was nearing closing time) and the woman that checked me in originally, was outside with her clipboard (I can only assume to let people just pulling in that they were not accepting anyone else for the day) and greeted me. I let her know I had already checked in, she found my name on her list and asked me to pull in around back, behind another vehicle. It took a little longer than the estimated wait time but that too is to be expected. Especially with a business that comes so highly recommended. The guy that did the inspection was awesome, even pointing out some very minor things that could turn into issues on future inspections. Overall, great experience and highly recommended. Just try to go as early as possible

I went midmorning last year and had a pretty long wait, but got there before 9am this year and was super quick. I think there was only one guy doing it last year when I went and this time there were two. Good guys, good service.

Line was long, but for how quickly they turned around cars I can't complain. I broke my foot and they were more than willing to help me out since I'm on a knee scooter. Asked me if I just wanted them to do the payment or go inside. I went ahead and went inside. Yeah, my foot is broke, but I'm not completely motionless. It was a very nice gesture though. All the employees are nice and they do everything to get things done asap. I'll keep going here for my inspections.
