Normally my experience at this popeyes is okay, but today I order 12 piece chicken nuggets and only got 8 pieces. I called but they didn't pick up the phone and I didn't have time to go back to get the correct order. Since I'm not going back, I accept the loss in money, but it's very annoying. I feel mildly ripped off.

They told me they don’t have the Strawberry lemonade advertised on menu. Plus the number one I ordered was really soggy as well as the customer service. Just save your money for Chic-fil-a.

I've come here often, and most of the time the service is sufficient. Tonight, a worker at the window named Frances(I probably did not spell correctly), confirmed my order, and there was a mistake, and while I wasn't stressing in, she insisted on fixing it and didn't make it feel like a burden. Fixed it quick, and made me feel like my satisfaction was important. Really appreciate this type of service.

I mistakenly went into the lobby ( the door was open) and went to the register where everyone glanced at me and then they proceeded to get the Mgr to tell me they were closed. It's fine that they were closed but were super rude to let me know the lobby was closed. I said I'm so sorry the door was open they said yeah you have to order outside. I'm fine with that but they were just super rude about it. Please put signs up.
