Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So I walk up to the cash register behind one other customer. This young lady who was sitting down talking to some male on her phone gets up and is vocal about her annoyance of the amount of customers she has had to deal with. Does not stop her conversation to check me out and proceeded to burp in my face. This is a new low in customer service for me. I will definitely try my best to avoid having to go back to this location.

Horrible customer service. Don't bother calling. Faster to just show up. On hold for 30 minutes before they hung up on me. The guy never gives you a chance to speak, please hold and click. Especially on the doctor line. When you have a patient in the office and the provider needs info based on previous prescription prescribed and filled at this location and we can't get through. That's bad. We called from multiple phones and were told by the same person each time, please hold... click. I'm still on hold as I type. Going on 45 minutes. Another person is calling a different location and has been answered within 2 minutes and is talking with live person. Thx alot. Now I can hang up.

0 STARS - line is always a mile long, do not provide updates on rx status even after a week... keep providing wrong brand rx (there are multiple generics and they carry both - I've had to tell them 50 times I need specific generic but they keep automatically providing whatever they have in stock, and my doctor has advised they are not the same)

Looks like they added new refrigerator units. They don't indicate actual stock levels and have advertising playing with motion detectors and wave to speak.
