Love the price, hate the service. Never fails, shirts always come out wrinkled. Jack Browns is double the price + but I'm gonna use them cause they do 100x's better work.

I specifically asked when my items would be available. I am from out of town. I was told they would be ready Saturday after 3 pm. When I went to pick up my items, I was told my shirt would not be ready until Monday after 5pm. I would not have left it had I been informed properly. Also, they employee who served me during pick up was rude and found it amusing I was unhappy with them.

When I went back to pick up my order, the lady up front was very rude but I heard they got rid of her. I noticed I was missing a blouse and she didn’t even bother to mention it. However, when I went back to see if they found it, Lucindia, was extremely nice and helpful! They weren’t able to locate my blouse but they were very responsive in helping me file a claim. I didn’t get half what my blouse cost but I still greatly appreciate their communication and fast response to a partial refund.
