Just went through the drive thru today July 28th around 5 to 530pm. The drive thru took foreeeeever! Most of the time this place is pretty quick and the food tastes good but it just bothered me today because I have my 2 yr old daughter in the car and we're just sitting in the sun, she's crying and we were in line for 30 to 40 min just to get dinner. Would love to change this review if service is much faster the next few times but until then 3 stars is all I can muster.

They ended up charging me for someone else’s food. Ordered at the drive thru and they sent me through the second lane so I didn’t get the receipt until my food came out and didn’t think to check it until I got home. The guy even ran my order by me before swiping my card and it was right. I wouldn’t mind too much but the other person’s order was more than mine

This is one of the best Whataburger I have gone too. Ruby who takes your order always greats you with a smile. I never had an order wrong when she is taking it. She also goes out of her way to make the customers feel welcome. I have gone to other locations in different towns and they are not run as well as the Buda location.

Went on a Thursday night and they were extremely busy, however the staff and manager on duty that night got food/orders moving out quicker than any other what a burger I've been to.. and the night manager was on point and my order was out on record time and all correct!!! Will definitely be going again!!!
