Wow. What good beer. So many new breweries take a while to dial in their beers, not Ghost note. Good beer right out of the gate. We had their 3 lightest beers, finishing with their lighter IPA, and all were great. I would describe "should have been a cowboy" to Sierra Nevada with a more citrus hop. An excellent beer. Update 5.30.22 - We rolled back in to see what is new and Ghost Note now has a Mexican Lager on tap. Before I go on, Dos XX is my favorite beer. It was great. So far anything I've tried has been great.

Congratulations on your One Year Anniversary! For those of you looking for a great craft brewery out in the Hill Country, this is one to make a stop at! Love the outdoor area!

Ghost Note is a cool little brewery nestled in the woods of Dripping Springs. It's all outdoor seating (some under a covered roof, most under an expansive lawn covered by trees). Snacks are served, but no kitchen. There's supposedly a food truck, but we didn't see one open (we came on a Saturday). Good music played overhead on speakers and a friendly staff. This is very much a great place if you like drinking your beer in peace with a beautiful natural surrounding.

This place has all the impressions of a family business: friendly and knowledgeable staff, the opposite of stodgy, kind and caring. The beer is just solid - I’m a huge fan, and it covers a lot of flavor profiles despite being so young as a brewery. The live music only adds to the experience and mingling. It’s a must-stop if you’re in the area.
