Black female in self check out asked me did I register two donuts, yes donuts. I told her yes I did. She then ask to see my receipt to verify whether or not I paid for $1.36 donuts. As a black male I take offense to someone consciously watching me scan my items while others are in the same area scanning theirs but not only that basically calling me a liar and passively accusing me of stealing. I notified a manager but I’m sure nothing would be done. Nevertheless I would prefer my shopping experience to be peaceful. Second time I’ve been profiled in this particular store. Each time a black woman but not surprising.

It is so sad that H E B not affordable anymore. They are using the economy to over charge their customers. Even Randall's has better prices than H E B. The problem with H E B is that they expanding to fast and rebuilding their stores and they passing the expense of their expansion on to their customers. H E B NO LOGER TEXAS PEOPLE CHOISE.

My family and I have been going to this HEB ever since they opened. We've had great experiences 99 percent of the time. This store offers greater options, variety and a more complete seafood and meat departments than most. Recently the store at the Y in Oak Hill moved to its new location right next to our neighborhood but we still prefer and go to the Escarpment Village location. Most of all, we love the people that work here. Always caring, helpful and efficient. Thank you all.

This HEB has items that we used to get at the old Oak Hill "Y" HEB, but they're not carrying at the new replacement store on 290. Haven't been able to get cat food at our HEB for awhile, so went to this one and they had it. Also found the sweet & sour relish we used to get, and a few other things. We might be switching to this HEB. It's nice, and friendly.

Not entirely sure that they have those specifically. I know that Target and Walgreens carry them though. I personally would buy from Walgreens for the points.
5 min wait! No cold items at all or water.
