This place is a mess, I’ve been twice recently and something major was left out both times. BUT this is not the fault of the employees - they are PROFOUNDLY understaffed! And the signs outside say that their starting pay is only “UP TO” $11 an hour (so probably minimum wage). You’d have better luck hiring people if you’re willing to pay them a living wage, Wendy’s. Do better.

Price

This use to be one of the best Wendy's locations, but once covid hit, it became one of the worst Wendy's locations I've been to. The main issue here is the hiring of lazy employees that don't care. You just never know when they will be open or closed. Upon writing this review, it's been about 2 years since I was last at this Wendy's location.

They lady was very rude when we asked her to just check our order. After giving us our food she slam die window and didn’t even give us our drinks we knock but they ignored us. Very bad customer service. We love Wendy’s but will never go back to this one.

This Wendys is a disaster. The last time I went they had a lady that was 100% incompetent. Asked me what I wanted. Every item that came up on the screen was 100% wrong. Then she says hold on after a long 2 minutes of just completely butchering my order. Then the Manager got on the mic and had to take my order. Hiring someone to do something that everyone has to fix. What a joke.
