I have used this branch for years in many capacities and know many of the bankers and tellers. I get to see the same familiar faces and can count of top notch customer service, yes sometimes I have to wait in line but even then they are extremely attentive and take care of people quickly!! Thanks Guys!!

Several months ago I went to the bank to change some US currency for Canadian currency. The one person who was able to do this was on a break and would not be back for an hour, so I had to make another trip. This time I called ahead to make sure someone would be available, but no one answered the phone at the bank. I've been with Wells Fargo (previously First Interstate) for over 40 years and I'm certainly disappointed.

It's nice that its by the mall, but if it's closed so is the drive up ATM. Which is usually odd. Even though the bank might be closed, the drive up ATM isn't. I've never come across a bank that when the bank is closed, so is the drive up ATM. They should have something posting the reason why and the hours the bank is open on the ATM.
