Absolutely poor customer service. I needed to have my disc brake pads replaced on my Ebike. I was told that because my bike has a throttle they would not work on it. I offered to disconnect the throttle and remove the battery and was still told that they would not service the bike. What a ridiculous store policy. I have been here before to buy helmets and the service then was also barely provided by the staff. Totally unhappy with this bike shop.

According to Continental tires, Eden bicycle shop is an authorized Continental dealer. I've been using Continental tires for years I'll find them to be reliable. A relatively new Continental tire (as evidenced by deep, lightly used wear holes) I bought show thousands of small cracks very suddenly. I was surprised, as I said, Continental tires over the years have been amazing and long-lasting. I took my tire to Eden bicycle shop, as they are an authorized Continental bicycle tire dealer. I was directed to do so by Continental tire rep, Daniel Gay. At the Eden bicycle shop, I was told any warranty interactions will cost $40. (warranty handling fee). So, if you buy something with a warranty and you decide to claim it as defective, you have to pay a $40 fee before they can help you. That renders the warranty useless. Clever business move in the short term and a bad move for returning business. I found the personnel of Eden bike shop to be very nice and helpful when you want to buy something but apparently not too helpful when you want to take care of an warranty issue with authorized dealer. Disappointed...

I was lucky enough to find a Santa Cruz Tallboy in stock on their online shop over 4th of July weekend… I was flying in from Europe that following Tuesday and driving to Chico to visit family & friends.. I contacted the shop to let them know my situation and asked if they could kindly have it ready… They told me that it usually takes about 2 working days from when the order is placed but they would do their best.. Amazingly, they prioritized my bike and had it ready by the end of the day!! They helped me adjust the shocks to my correct weight, gave me heaps of tips, and were extremely helpful! They have tons of cool merch, awesome bikes, and most importantly a great team! Thanks guys!
