SCAM!!! Would give it 0 stars! This is a review about the location in Carrollton. I visited the location in 2018. The staff at the time was friendly, kind and efficient. Well 3 years later I am sent to 3 different collection agencies for a bill that I do not owe. I paid my fees during the visit and my insurance covered the rest. How can a company send me to not 1 but 3 collection agencies all asking for a different pay off balances. I have see other reviews about Code 3 charging the wrong amount. I guess they aren’t coding their billing right and when they figure it out (3 years later) they try to go after the innocent customer. STAY AWAY! Or get billed 3 years later!

Before getting discharge, I ask the nurse for a work excuse note. She replied "You should of ask the Dr." After printing out my excuse note, she said you can go home. I ask her if she was going to go over my paperwork. Her response was " Can you read". These comments made my experience must worsen than from what I came for which was severe pain from a motor vehicle accident.

Just an amazing care facility. The receptionist was so kind and attentive, very knowledgeable of her job, being able to answer our questions. Andrew (the doctors assistant) was super informative and humorous, he was kind and gentle with my spouse. Last but not least the doctor responded quickly to the wheezing, ordered a breathing treatment, ran the necessary tests to diagnose the illness. We were there no more than an hour, when we did leave my baby was feeling 100 times better, in one hour. This will undoubtedly be the first place I take my family in an emergency.

Great experience! I went to get my ankle checked and they were very quick to get me in and checked. It was very clean and friendly environment. Dr. Katan was very nice and explained my situation very smoothly. Nurse Christina was very attentive and friendly. Rad Tech Ricardo was very gentle and patient with my while taking my X-rays and Sara at registration was very sweet and friendly. If I ever have an emergency this will definitely be the spot I’ll visit.
