Kelcie was the customer service rep that assisted me at this AT and T store and she was GREAT! She knew her products well, knew what inventory was in stock, gave satisfactory answers to the questions I had, gave good recommendations to fit my budget and needs, and did it all promptly with a smile and no attitude. Came in for some questions on opening a new line, rates, wondering about the different phones especially those with dual SIM cards and Nick was very knowledgeable and helped me out with EVERY question I had and more! Definitely have some food for thought but I will be coming back.

Completely rude staff. Customers are an inconvenience to these children running this store, including the manager. Went twice in a week because I was referred from another location. Seems like no one here wants to actually do their job. They send you to other stores to pawn your business off. Not good business practices. Very unprofessional staff of everyone I ever encountered there. I will be writing a letter to corporate for further review.

This was awesome!!!! I got a phone and a tablet... GREG WAS THE BEST!!!! Thanks AT&T!! The whole staff was very friendly and accomodating. This is the first time I got water and a chair whike waiting. The manager gave my kids a coloring book to keep them busy - she was amazing! I have been to this location mant times in the past and I can honestly say that its getting better every time. I was greeted several times, and watched them greet others and introduce themselves by name, I was amazed at how patient they were with one old lady (that had Metro) with helping her understand how to use it. Most people would have directed her towards her service provider but NOT the manager, she helped her store numbers and make text messages. I was amazed and proud of my company. The vube in the store appeared as if everyone enjoyed themselves and loved their job. I just felt compelled to give them kudos for doing an amazing job with improving customer service here. I will always go to the Bayfair Mall AT&T to conduct business.

We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
