Mark was our sales person and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars inventory and showed us cars immediately. He was patient and easy to communicate with. I just bought a new Audi A3 from Audi Stevens Creek and got a very good deal. Juan Velasquez was my salesman and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He didn’t put pressure on buying when I was initially looking which is very much appreciated. The staff noticed a few small scratches on the car even though it was new (I didn’t even notice them). They scheduled a follow up appointment for the next week since I wanted to take the car the day off the lot I bought it. Very honest staff and there were no hidden/unnecessary dealer fees. I will definitely be back in the future.
