Where do I start? I’ll start with the cut which was TERRIBLE. I have the feeling that because they were short staffed, the owner or some one else who doesnt normally cut dogs cut my dogs hair. I asked for the lion cut and the hair was not blended in at all. He looks like a fool. One paw didn’t even get shaved down. My dog had loose hairs everywhere and it was so uneven. People have even asked me if I cut MY OWN dogs hair…that’s how BAD it looks. My dog was the last appointment somehow yet they called me to rush over because they were closing. BUT he wasn’t ready when I arrived and they wanted me to wait in the car. I wonder why??? Now I know why. This place also does not allow you to see or retrieve your dog without paying for the “groom”. They also went up an extra $10 and didn’t bother to tell anyone. When I picked my dog up he was foaming at the mouth and acting avoidant with me. I was so hurt because I think I betrayed his trust by sending him to these people. If they do ever open back up, I would NEVER EVER send my dog back there again.

Very professional, our pup was well taking care of. They know how to greet excited dogs and keep them calm. Recommend and will go back!

I just took my 14 week old puppy to get his first haircut. I liked that they made sure I provided documentation for the vaccines, I had called other places to make the appointment and nobody else asked for this. The service was fast, I dropped him off at 10 am and got a call to say he was ready by 1145 am. Staff was friendly and we will be coming back.

Hands down the best place to take my dog! I started taking my dog to them since we moved to the area 2-years ago. I have a 14-years-old dog who has many issues with his health, but they take care of him like their own. Trust me and trust them... your four-legged child will be in good hands!!!
