Great selection, nice humidor, decent prices, and great service. Unless you happen to deal with the younger gal. Both times I've dealt with her, she stayed sitting in the back room while myself and 3 other customers roamed around. One customer stood at the check out counter still no one behind it. When she finally made her way out. No hi, welcome, no can I help you with something. Zero sense of urgency. Wouldn't even make eye contact or speak until I asked for help. Awkward.

Rancho Cucamonga, Calif (San Bernardino County) Service: C Maybe it was to early and staff had other things to worry about. I am not too concerned since i don't need help with what cigar tastes like. However, it would be annoying if the treatment I received was provided to a noobie or someone with questions. Rated C for average. The staff was not rude or inconsiderate. Just got the notion that they are uninterested. Cigar Selection: A Extensive selection for cigars, cigar swag, ashtrays, cutters, etc. Very nice =) Interior/Decor: A Clean and organized. Location: A Near the entrance to Victoria Gardens adjacent to the Hat. It can be confusing due to the size but just look for Hat and park nearby then walk over. Parking: A Plenty spaces but i can see traffic issues during Hat's peak moments. Pricing: A Very affordable cigar rates. They have specials that mirror online pricing (CA excise tax is appx 70%). Overall: A Will venture when convenient or heading to Vegas. @cigarcpa.

I went here to buy my first pipe and get into pipe smoking. The employee I spoke with told me exactly what i needed to just get started for a low price. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I left with this cheap briar pipe and some very fine tobacco. Best I've ever smelled. All for under 40.
