We highly recomend this location!!! After going through the stress of having a car accident and calling several places for a car rental. Grapevine Hertz was the only place that went above and beyond to assist with our needs. Thank you very much especially to Dante and Nancy for exceptional customer service!!!

When we received our car, the outside was super dirty and had a broken windshield wiper blade, whenever we called to ask how to get it replaced, they basically couldn't give us an answer since they only told us to go to a shop and every single one of them didn't carry the wiper blade we needed. Needed. So we ended up driving home in a snowstorm with a broken wiper blade. Will never be using this hertz again.

Horrible experience. Got charged $600 for a car that they didn't even give me because I used a debit card instead of credit. You would think that with a business card, they would know that I can afford the car. If I would have known this information prior, I would have had the credit card ready. Unfortunately, I was given no notice. This location is under construction, so good luck finding the place inside the Gaylord (there's no outside access). Worst part is the workers who clearly have no customer service experience. Especially the man who was trying to hit on me instead of figuring out how to get me a car. I know there's a worker shortage, but you can find better. Go to Enterprise in Grand Prairie instead. They were AMAZING helping me after this disaster of a business robbed me.

My experience was awful. My insurance company reserve me a car cause I had no means of transportation, and when I got their card machine couldn't read my card. I was so upset I couldn't do anything but cry, I just wish the lady that was working could have did more to help me then to just say since the machine didn't read my card and their chip reader didn't work she couldn't help me. I was devastated, I worked in customer service for over 15 years, and at every company I was told to go above and beyond to make sure it is always a great experience. I spent $60 on a Lyft to still have no transportation. Smh

When you book at a local edition it will be a standard Yukon/Tahoe. If you need the Yukon XL/Suburban make sure to call the location before your reservation. If you need something with people capacity/ luggage space I would go for the larger SUV or minivan if you are trying to stay on the cheaper side. Keep in mind there will also be a $200 security deposit in addition to the cost of the rental. If you use a debit card it may run a soft Equifax credit check too.
The best rates I ever get for rentals are online. Google for Hertz coupons and maybe a better rate
