This store is deeply disturbing and quiet truthfully should be shut down. They obviously lack quality management and the staff is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. You are better off going somewhere they care/respect their customers.

Repeated order 3 times at drive-thru. Told them at the window they had it wrong. When the order did come to window they told me what was in the bag, again it was wrong... They shrugged their shoulders and gave it to me and closed the window. ALL whataburgers have really poor service lately and food quality has gone down hill.

There was several things wrong with my order but I will spare you all the details. It was an online order My complete order was wrong. The food was cold and when I informed them all they did was slap a piece of cheese on the cold chicken sandwich. I had a kids meal and they did not put in the gravy. I requested it and they put a tablespoon in the cup. This whataburger gave me the worst service and food I have had in a very long time.

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a Whataburger. They brought me some one else order to my car 4 times. Everything on my ticket I ordered was correct but each order they brought to my car was not mine. They kept bringing me someone else order. When they brought out the 4th order I got upset.This was a drive through order. I had to pull around the front and go inside to enquire about my order. The manager never came to the counter to see why they never could get the order right. She try to fix the problem she was running in and out of the door out side on her cell phone laughing and talking with someone as if what was happening in place was not important. Again the manager never tryed to fix the issue. VERY POOR SERVICE. WHATA BURGER ON ALTA MESA & MCCART☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
