I had appointment for Friday 9:00 pm and they told me that they dont have time to start unloading till monday and i got my trailer on monday. So whats the meaning of appointment very disappointed and not picking up load again for them.

Very bad experience. Worst service, very poor customer service. I am waiting from refrigerator delivery. They are Just saying didn't find the addres. They didn't even call if they have hard time finding address.

April 15, 2022 10:45 a.m. I'm driving east on hwy 50 and I was in lane 3 where I was going to take the exit less than a mile ahead of me in Folsom. An Xpo logistic truck was in lane 4, far right, driving about 10mph less than me as they should have. By the time my front bumper was a bit ahead of their rear bumper they decide to switch lanes putting the signal for switching lanes. Problem was I was already in that lane with momentum going forward because of the speed difference and cars behind me. I couldn't brake hard for someone might've rear ended me. L I looked at my surroundings and I tried to speed ahead of the truck but they started coming into my lane and I'm coming up even with the cab. Luckily no one was to the left of me and I made a quick manuever around the truck. I was honking my horn to alert this person I was occupying the lane but they kept coming over honking their horn. I always give way to semi trucks in front of me wanting to switch lanes if given enough room but this person gave no signal until they started switching lanes. I think they should have known their bearings not to wait until less than a mile to get out of an exit only lane. Scared the heck out of my wife. Anyway I couldn't do business with a company that endangers people for a delivery.

Very poor service: don't recomend at all. If you want to get a wrong item (that belongs to a different person) but delivered to you or delivered yours but dirty, you are welcome to XPO Logistics. But one of the employees was very helpful but she don't deliver she works in warehouse. Thank you. You are the best. Good luck or just change delivery provider. Good luck.
